Common questions
How long does delivery take?
Orders leave the same business day. About 3–6 business days to North America, 5–10 to Europe and Australia, and 7–14 elsewhere. Every parcel is tracked and shipping is free.
Does it arrive filled with gas?
No — it ships empty because gas cannot fly. Top it up with any standard butane in a few seconds and adjust the flame with the small wheel.
Can I choose my colour?
Yes. Tap a colour before you buy, and with the 2-pack you can pick two different ones.
What if I change my mind?
You have 30 days to send it back for a refund, and every lighter is covered by a 2-year warranty.
How do I pay?
Card, Apple Pay or Google Pay in a secure Shopify checkout. Prices show in your currency and your bank converts at its normal rate.
